I meant to mention this sooner, but I recently learned that I am a Finalist in the First Quarter 2007 Writers of the Future Contest. My story is now with a panel of judges who will select three winners from the eight finalists.

My flash piece "She Danced for Him" has been sold to Lyrica, a webzine of romantic fiction. It is scheduled to appear online in their June 2007 issue.

My story "The Mountain to Mohammed" has been reprinted at Taraxa.
I think it has been online since December 2006, but I failed to notice.
The site is in Norwegian but all the fiction in this issue is printed
in English.

It's taken a year, but I finally have a website!
I'm actually experimenting with
Googlepages (why not? Google already owns my soul), which makes it easy
to put something halfway decent-looking online with relatively little
fuss, though its limited "Page Creation" functions can be a bit
annoying. I'd still like to have a properly coded website with a unique
design at some point in the future, but given my lack of free time and
small budget at the moment, I figure this is better than nothing. Good
enough for government work, as they say.
